According to Hosea 1, the word of the LORD that came unto Hosea, the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of ______. The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea.

Hosea 1 says and the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the ______. So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim.

According to Hosea 1, and she conceived, and bare him a son. And the LORD said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of ______, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel.

Hosea 1 says and she conceived again, and bare a daughter. And God said unto him, Call her name Loruhamah: for I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel; but I will utterly take them ______. But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah.

According to Hosea 1, now when she had weaned Loruhamah, she conceived, and bare a son. Then said God, Call his name Loammi: for ye are not my people, and I will not be your ______. Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea.

Hosea 2 says say ye unto your brethren, Ammi; and to your sisters, ______. Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband.

According to Hosea 2, therefore, behold, I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her. And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of ______. And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi.

Hosea 2 says and I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies. I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the ______. And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the LORD.

According to Hosea 3, then said the LORD unto me, Go yet, love a woman beloved of her friend, yet an adulteress, according to the love of the LORD toward the children of Israel, who look to other gods, and love flagons of ______. So I bought her to me for fifteen pieces of silver, and for an homer of barley, and an half homer of barley.

Hosea 3 says for the children of Israel shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim: afterward shall the children of Israel return, and seek the LORD their God, and David their king; and shall fear the LORD and his goodness in the latter ______. (Hosea 3)

According to Hosea 4, hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the ______. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out.

Hosea 4 says my people are destroyed for lack of ______. Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me.

According to Hosea 4, for Israel slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now the LORD will feed them as a lamb in a large ______. Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.

Hosea 5 says hear ye this, O priests; and hearken, ye house of Israel; and give ye ear, O house of the king; for judgment is toward you, because ye have been a snare on Mizpah, and a net spread upon ______. And the revolters are profound to make slaughter.

According to Hosea 5, I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me ______. (end of Hosea 5)
